I have held a lifelong passion for sport and fitness, having worked in the fitness industry for 12 years, travelling and working in several countries across the globe. I was born and raised in London, UK. During High School I took the opportunity to master every sport that was on offer representing my school in Netball, Field hockey, Basketball, Soccer and Track and Field. I was dominant in sports requiring high levels of strength, speed and power, which in turn led me to take up weight training at age 16 to improve my sports performance.
I went on to study Sport Science at University of Brighton, England, where I represented in both Rugby and Hockey. Upon graduating I took 2 years out to work and travel in Australia, where I began working as a Personal Trainer. I then returned to the UK to further my studies and earn an MSc in Exercise Science. Following this I worked as a personal trainer in New Zealand, and then back in the UK before moving to Vancouver, Canada for 3 years from 2007-2010.
I began competing in Figure competitions in 2008 and won several 1st place titles. Since I began competing I managed to build my profile as one of Vancouver’s top Personal Trainers, and a go-to person for training and advice on Figure and Fitness contest prep. Following that I returned to London and worked in London’s premier fitness club, The Third Space and during that time I earned my pro status with the WBFF at the World Championships in Toronto, in August of 2012.
Competing in Figure led me into fitness modelling and I have worked with most of Canada’s top fitness photographers for physique, and athletic apparel. I have recently moved Los Angeles where I am to be permanently based.
